Responsibilities as a Transfer Pricing Senior Associate
You'll be responsible for contributing to the efficient and successful delivery of international tax services, building and maintaining strong client relationships while consistently providing high-quality service. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the firm and externally with clients, identifying opportunities, managing expectations, and playing a key role in winning new business.
In addition, you will manage the successful delivery of complex international tax projects, ensuring both technical excellence and a practical, business-focused approach, while acting as the main point of contact for day-to-day client liaison.
Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Transfer Pricing professional with strong technical expertise and a passion for further development. You will be client-focused and commercially aware, with the ability to build lasting relationships, manage expectations, and communicate effectively in a variety of situations. With strong analytical skills, you’ll be able to identify areas of risk, provide pragmatic solutions, and know when to escalate. A natural team player, you will enjoy working collaboratively, building effective relationships at all levels, and supporting the development of junior colleagues. To qualify, you must hold an ACA, CA, ACCA, CTA, Law qualification, or have completed the Tax Inspectors Technical Training Course, alongside proven experience as a Transfer Pricing tax practitioner and the ability to interpret existing and emerging tax legislation.
Ideally, you will also bring project management skills, including planning, prioritisation, and budget management. Above all, we’re looking for someone who is outgoing, driven, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
