Your responsibilities as a Transfer Pricing Senior Manager
As a Transfer Pricing Senior Manager, you’ll work on multidisciplinary projects, helping clients develop integrated, forward-looking global strategies in a constantly evolving regulatory environment. You will build and maintain strong tax relationships with clients, deliver high levels of service, and play an active role in winning new business while managing existing relationships. You’ll oversee the successful delivery of complex tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and a business-focused, practical approach. With strong technical skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to identify and manage risk, you’ll act as a trusted advisor while fostering collaboration across teams.
Requirements
We are looking for a motivated Transfer Pricing professional to join our team. You will bring strong technical expertise, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to combine strategic and commercial awareness with practical problem-solving. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are essential, as well as the enthusiasm and flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment. A strong team player, you will also play a key role in coaching and supporting junior colleagues.
To be successful in this role, you will have solid transfer pricing technical knowledge, effective time management, and proven project management skills with the ability to plan, prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage budgets. A degree or postgraduate degree is essential, along with a recognised professional qualification such as ACA, CA, ACCA, CTA, Law, CFA, or the Tax Inspectors Technical Training Course.
