In-house Employment Tax Manager (3 days a week) - Hybrid working

I am delighted to bring to market this super flexible and rare in-house position to join an international financial services institution. This is a hands on role so you must be willing to role up your sleeves and get stuck in. The focus of the role is on employment tax however you will also be expected to support on expatriate tax related issues too. You will act as the 2nd line of defence, providing assurance for annual employment tax compliance submissions, managing employment tax related requests from the business, auditors and HMRC as well as providing advice and input on key projects and initiatives. You will report to the Head of Tax and work closely with the HR department.

This role would suit an experienced employment tax professional already working in-house, looking for more flexibility, or individuals currently in the profession or HMRC. You will work the equivalent of 3 days a week however this can be split over 3/4 or 5 days a week to fit around other commitments. It is a London based role with hybrid working on offer (60% office based expectation).
