Tax Manager - Media

Brewer Morris has partnered with a media business to search for a Tax Manager to join the team based in London.

As a Tax Manager, you will not only be responsible for all UK tax compliance and accounting but also play a pivotal role in strategic decisions to minimise future risk. The team includes the Head of International Tax, Group Tax Director, and Finance Director, all of whom you will work closely with.

A few of your responsibilities will include:

* Preparing all UK tax returns and calculations and any other UK tax obligations.
* Prepare the quarterly and yearend tax provisions for group consolidation.
* Review transfer pricing policies and documentation.
* Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business and provide advice on day-to-day tax matters.
* Support on M&A tax matters.
* Proactively identify and advise on any upcoming changes in legislation and how that will affect the business from a tax perspective.
* Support the effective planning and running of wider tax governance processes.

To be considered for this position, you will ideally be CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified with strong experience in UK corporate tax ideally in an in-house environment.

In return, you will receive a salary package of up to £90,000 plus £5,100 car allowance and 18% discretionary bonus. The team follow a hybrid working pattern of 2-3 days in the office.
