Your key responsibilities

The role of the GST Manager includes overseeing and ensuring adherence to GST compliance measures, performing thorough evaluations such as GST health checks, annual reviews, ACAP reviews, and engaging in vendor and purchaser due diligence within a collaborative multi-disciplinary framework. Furthermore, the position involves guiding the team in advisory and consulting endeavours, as well as efficiently coordinating supply chain projects involving diverse tax regulations and jurisdictions, capitalising on the business’s extensive global network. Additionally, active involvement in GST marketing and business development efforts is expected, alongside the vital role of mentoring and nurturing junior team members.


Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position should hold Singapore Permanent Residency or residency status. A recognised bachelor's degree in any field or an equivalent accounting qualification is required.

Additionally, a minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in the tax domain is essential. Obtaining or working towards accreditation from the Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals (SCTP) would be a valuable supplementary qualification.

The role necessitates proficiency in managing intricate and comprehensive information in an organised manner, with a keen eye for detail, and the ability to oversee multiple engagements simultaneously.
