In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day tax matters related to Real Estate deals. You will work closely with our Deals practice and collaborate with a team of specialists, including stamp duty, VAT, capital allowances, and more, to deliver exceptional results.
As a Real Estate Deals Tax Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with prestigious clients, including sovereign wealth funds, multinationals, private equity funds, institutions, pension funds, and REITs. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving their success and building lasting relationships.
To excel in this role, you should be a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACCA, ICAEW, ICAS, CAI) or Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) with a strong background in Real Estate projects and advising on UK corporate tax. You should be a strategic thinker, capable of managing multiple projects, delegating tasks, and coaching junior team members.
