Tax Director, Tech Business - Hybrid, to £130k for initial 12 mth contract

This global technology business is ever evolving and has an extremely interesting and unique opportunity for a Tax Director to join on an interim basis. The Tax Director will bring expertise in direct tax compliance and in-depth understanding of the value drivers of the business. The role will be highly visible within the organisation, interacting with the business commercial leads and engaging with the business to undertand the tax risks/opportunities for the company.

Your role will encompass the following:

- Management of the UK and global tax compliance obligations

- Managing group tax risks and governance framework, including Senior Accounting Officer tax certification process

- Undertaking a key role in determining and implementing the appropriate Transfer Pricing policy

- Working on advisory issues related to M&A, restructuring and similar projects globally

- Effectively influencing and supporting business operations in tax matters, working closely with the commercial and technology leads as well as the wider finance teams.

This role will be based in the London offices and a hybrid working pattern will be on offer. This will be an initial 12 month contract role with the potential for longer term opportunities.
