A well respected, collaborative & close knit team are looking for a Associate Director/SM equivalent individual to join their fast growing International tax Group.
The team oversee client relationships for FTSE100, 250/350 & AIM clients & therefore offers Tax compliance, tax advisory and transaction support across the board.
Within the team, the AD will oversee and mange a team covering:
• Review corporation tax compliance – Preparation of tax computations for large corporates and international groups (capital allowances, interest deductibility, hybrids and withholding taxes)
• Lead on International tax structuring and restructuring – Advising on tax effective structuring options and funding strategies, withholding taxes, profit repatriation and other tax issues.
• Review or prepare: Tax assurance and reporting – Preparation of tax accounting, audit of tax and advising clients on their corporate reporting requirements under both FRS102 and IFRS for UK companies and multinational groups.
• Tax advisory services – Tax advice to shareholders on the sale of business, including applications for advanced clearance and tax advisory services for corporate reconstructions and refinancing.
This role is ideal for a person looking for a step up level wise and a promotion now as opposed to Summer/Autumn 23. The role can be tailored to suit the person technical strength or development area.
