Real Estate Tax Manager - In-House

A growing Private Equity Real Estate Boutique is currently looking for a Tax Manager to be based in their London office.

Reporting to the Head of Tax this role involves tax reporting and tax compliance oversight of Funds and investments across Europe. You will:

• Oversee/review all outsourced Fund tax compliance:
- FATCA, CRS,
- VAT, CIT and income tax returns across EMEA
- Withholding tax and CIS returns where applicable
- Local tax filings
• Oversee/review outsourced corporate tax compliance:
- UK tax filings, including CIR and Anti-Hybrid calculations
- Other European jurisdictions
• Support the Finance team with tax aspects of financial statement preparation
• Assist the Head of Tax with general tax administration matters, there is also the scope to do some project/advisory/deal work if wanted

Once the processes for the compliance is implemented then there is scope to grow and develop in the advisory and deals space.

Ideally your background will be:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA/AAT/CTA/ATT with 3+ years PQE
• UK Corporate Tax experience with Real Estate tax compliance
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships internally and externally (Portfolio Managers, transaction teams, administrators, Big4)
