Private Client Junior Manager

Due to a continued influx of new work and sustained activity within its existing client base, this very successful private client tax team is looking for a junior manager.
They can flex the role according to your skills and preferences and design a portfolio which has a good mix of compliance, compliance review and advisor work for HNW individuals and family groups, entrepreneurs, and clients with an international element.
The firm is really supportive, with a really strong team atmosphere from the top down. The directors and partners are accessible and friendly, generous with training time and enthusiastic about getting the best out of the individual team members. This applies equally to those keen for promotion and individuals who prefer a career manager role. There is no pressure to progress beyond your comfort zone and everyone is valued for their individual contribution.
The team is keen to meet with candidates who are either CTA or qualified by experience. Essentials are the ability to run a diverse client base, manage the client relationship and enjoy working as part of a team, supporting your colleagues.
The firm operates a hybrid working arrangement. You will be responsible for managing your own diary with on average 2 days in the office.
