Tax Transformation Senior Manager - 12 months - Hybrid working

Working within the global tax transformation programme of the FTSE 100 group you will support the business and project manage the efficient transition of tax compliance and reporting activities to their recently appointed outsource partner.

You will work closely with the Group Head of Tax and Tax Transformation Director, and Finance Leadership Team to deliver the tax strategy

You will work collaboratively with the Regional Tax Managers, coordinating their activities and help establishing a common set of roles and responsibilities across the AMEA and Europe regions.

You will be responsible for the transition and delivery of the new tax compliance and tax accounting/reporting outsource arrangement.

You will focus on the delivery of changes in tax management, with a focus on tax compliance, tax risk management, tax audit management, tax resources development and 1st line of defence activities.

You will work with the Global tax Lead in rolling out group tax policies across the business.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract offering a hybrid working policy.

You will:

Either currently have tax transformation project management experience or have strong UK Corporate Tax experience with the skills below and willingness to transition into this area.

You must have the ability to partner well with external advisors.

Excellent project management skills to ensure outsource partner meets all all key milestone and deliverables.

Strong communication skills - ability to explain relevant tax issues to the non-tax community.

Working knowledge of international tax systems.Strong UK corporate tax knowledge.
