Investment manager specialising in real estate investment strategies looking to recruit a Tax Analyst


I'm currently working with an investment manager specialising in real estate investment strategies of all property types across the UK and Continental Europe. The organisation is a dynamic and entrepreneurial business with a disciplined institutional approach to risk management and reporting.

The group has a first class track record of outperformance and employs only the highest calibre professionals. Given the growth and success of the business over the last few year they are now looking to recruit a Tax Analyst / Senior Tax Analyst within the Corporate Finance team,

This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic, highly driven, and motivated individual to join a market leading group. This role will provide ample learning and development opportunities for a confident self-starter.


Your new role

* Review tax returns for the group:

* Partnership tax returns
* Corporation tax returns
* US Schedule K-1 partnership reporting
* UK VAT returns
* Reconciling the positions in the balance sheet
* Dealing with queries within the group
* Develop relationships with key stakeholders such as Tax Advisors and the relevant tax authorities
* Review monthly staff payroll across multiple jurisdictions
* Responsible for transfer pricing analysis
* Regularly monitor new regulations, audit requests and general notices across our various tax jurisdictions
* Support the senior team in tax planning and structuring for UK, Luxembourg, and other jurisdictions
* This role has regular interaction with senior people within the firm, including the CEO and Managing Directors so candidates should carry themselves professionally

What you'll need to succeed

* 3-5 years of strong technical tax experience, gained within a tax department, audit firm and/or financial accounting team
* CTA, ATT, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or a relevant tax or accounting qualification
* University Degree
* Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
* Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
* Attention to detail
* Inquisitive mind/Eager to learn
