Group Head of Tax (International Tax focus), London - to £100k + 30% bonus

I am recruiting a first time Group Head of Tax for an international fast growing, ambitious Group headquartered in Paddington. The Group are in the process of finalising their Series C funding and have exciting growth plans for the coming 24 months. Reporting to the CFO the incumbent will establish and manage the Group's Tax Strategy, providing commercial tax advice to the business as they further increase their international footprint.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

* Provide international tax advice on new business ventures and new territories, tax structuring for M&A, cash repatriation and tax audits
* Ensure the Group is fully compliant and reporting requirements are met
* Establish and manage the Group's Transfer Pricing Framework and Group Tax Risk Framework

Although it has the breadth of a standalone role, it will focus largely on International Tax and Transfer Pricing so experience of International Tax issues is required, and ideally some in experience in Transfer Pricing. The client is open to Senior Managers coming straight from the Profession, or those attracted by the prospect of a Greenfield role in a growing business.
