Are you looking for a Real Estate Tax Advisory role for your first move in-house? If so, I'm currently working with a global leader in their field as they look to bring in a trusted advisor.
This position is ideal for a Real Estate or M&A tax specialist who has experience of advising on high-level deals and transactions. You will be joining an experienced tax team with a clear path to progress and learn within the role.
Key Duties will include:
* Tax Structuring and due diligence for M&A transactions
* Playing a key part in tax planning and strategy
* Having an oversight of outsourced tax compliance and reporting
* Providing tax advice to the wider business
The ideal candidate will be ACA or CTA qualified and from either an in-house or practice background. Salary is between - £70,000 - £75,000 plus benefits including a competitive bonus and hybrid/flexible working.
