Senior Tax Manager (International Advisory), FTSE 100, Herts, to £95k + bonus + pension

A Senior Tax Manager role has been created as part of this brand new tax team of a growing FTSE 100 group. Working closely with the Head of Tax and with the support of a Tax Manager, the role will have an International Tax focus where you will ensure compliance obligations are met and proactively manage tax related risks and opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

* Working with Head of Tax to define and implement global tax strategy
* Partner with the business to provide commercial advice to maximise opportunity and educate them on any tax legislative changes may have to the business
* Provide support on any business activity; M&A, tax audits, new territory start-ups, transfer pricing.
* Working with relevant team and external advisors to ensure tax reporting and compliance obligations are met
