The Executive Assistant – Level 1 (“Executive Assistant”) uses experience and professionalism to support executives with daily responsibilities. This position may work for one or several department professionals, division heads, officers, or managers and is a senior-level support role. The position’s primary focus is to provide outstanding administrative support, while representing the Firm in a professional and positive manner. Daily tasks will be demanding and varied and should be handled with the utmost confidentiality.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As an Executive Assistant to one of the Firm’s Principals in our Paris office, your tasks will consist of providing an administrative assistance is all day to day tasks including,
Communication with clients and prospects,
Follow up of ongoing affairs,
Follow up and administration of contracts,
Preparation of and participation to meetings, and draft of meeting minutes,
Update of company databases including Salesforce,
Organization of travel and preparation of expense notes,
Other administrative work.
Education and Experience:
Education: Minimum Master 1 (BAC+4) in Business, Sales, Economy, Law, or Political Science.
Experience: Minimum 3 years and maximum 8 years, in the context of indefinite term contracts .
Languages: Perfectly Bilingual French and English; German is a plus
Mastery of Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel.
Knowledge of Salesforce, though not required, is a plus.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma and 3+ years of experience performing administrative duties for an individual, group, or department. Must possess possesses strong grammatical and proofreading skills. Solid experience making contacts of a sensitive, complex, and confidential nature.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have advanced skills in Microsoft® Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet navigation and research.
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid driver’s license required and Notary Public preferred.
This job has limited or no supervisory responsibilities.
Standard indoor working environment.
Long periods of sitting while working at computer.
