M&A Group Tax Manager, Berkshire, to £90k + bens

The Consultancy Group are working with a Heavy Industries company looking to add a Group Tax Manager to their growing Tax team. The Group Tax Manager's main area of responsibility is to manage Targets' integration processes from a tax perspective globally in cooperation with other stakeholders, across all regions and functions. The role will be reporting to Director of Tax.

Responsibilities:

* Work with Director of Tax on design and implementation of most tax efficient structure for combined company.
* Lead legal entity rationalization project post-closing.
* Handle the tax systems integration (OneSource tax provisioning implementation for Target's entities.
* Work with other team members on integration of tax provisioning and reporting processes.
* Work with Director of Tax on integration/implementation of tax plans for the combined company.
* Any other related tasks covering cross border transactions, domestic business structures integration (assets, people, facilities) and associated intercompany arrangements.

Requirements:

* Knowledge and experience of M&A Tax.
* UK Tax Experience or experience with clients in key countries such as US or the Netherlands.
* Experience using OneSource and or SAP is desireable.
* Right to work in the UK.
