One of our smaller, specialist clients has current opening at Senior Manager level for a private equity specialist. The ideal candidate may currently be in a larger consultancy firm and looking for a promotional move.
To apply, you must be ACA / CTA and have prior experience of a client facing private equity tax role. This role will be ideal for someone who has both corporate and partnership tax experience and has advised on PE fund structuring, FATCA and investment management.
This team currently has one Partner but is within a larger business that is the third largest auditor of hedge fund managers in the UK. Given this is a newly created Senior Manager role it offers the scope to shape and build the role and team to fit you, generating work from a readily available platform of clients. There is a clear route to Director and Partner.
There are a number of PE senior manager level roles on the market at the moment but this role offers a clear route to Director and Partner, given the mix of a small team at present, but ambitious growth plans.
