Your key responsibilities
In your new role as Transfer Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for…
● Supporting the Transfer Pricing Directors to orchestrate inter-company Transfer Pricing strategies for local and global clients.
● Conducting comprehensive functional analysis interviews and in-depth industry research.
● Benchmarking studies and preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation to ensure compliance and excellence.
● Reviewing and proactively recommending planning opportunities for valued clients.
● Supporting Transfer Pricing Audits, Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs), and Mutual Agreement Procedures (MAPs).
● Managing and developing junior colleagues within the Transfer Pricing domain and leading cross-functional project teams.
Requirements
Our ideal candidate possesses:
● A Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Admin, or a related field.
● Approximately 6 years of dedicated Transfer Pricing experience in a Big 4 Consulting environment.
● Proficiency in English, and ideally, Mandarin (both written and spoken).
● Exceptional communication skills coupled with an innate ability to function seamlessly within a collaborative team.
● Demonstrated autonomy and self-driven work ethic.
