M&A Tax Senior Manager, London, to £102k + car + pension + bonus

If you are currently at senior manager level and have an interest in banking, insurance and/or the wealth and asset management sectors and want to significantly further your career then this could well be a new role to consider. You will be given the opportunity to work on a range of clients from smaller inbound clients to large household name multinationals and will be advising on, amongst other things, structuring, M&A deals, project delivery and technical aspects of deals.

The ideal candidate will be client driven and strategically and commercially aware as well as an excellent communicator with experience of dealing with more junior staff. You will be ACA/CA and/or CTA qualified and ideally have FS experience and have dealt ith multinational firms.
