Your new role
This is an exciting opportunity as you will be empowered to bring new ideas and drive them forward, creating opportunities for their clients and business. As the Transaction Senior Tax Manager you will work with clients to minimise their risk, provide guidance and deliver tailored business advice to clients' needs. Key Duties:-

* Coordinating tax due diligence and tax structuring projects for a wide range of clients
* Lead the corporation tax aspects of the tax due diligence and tax structuring work
* Prepare and review corporation tax aspects of due diligence reports
* Project management
* Development and coaching of junior staff

What you'll need to succeed
The successful Transactions Tax Senior Manager will be ACA, ACCA or CTA Qualified, passionate about supporting, advising and helping businesses achieve their potential. You will be providing clients with quality services through your strong technical skills, knowledge and experience.
