This national firm is investing heavily in its corporate tax practice having witnessed huge demand both from within its existing client base and a sustained pipeline of new work. Consequently, this is an exciting time to be joining the team which is known for its collaborative and supportive culture.

As a Corporate Tax Senior, your portfolio could include stand alone corporates and domestic and international groups in a variety of industries. Although you will be initially focusing on compliance albeit on large and complex structures, you will also increasingly be exposed to more challenging technical pieces of work, starting with researching technical aspects and progressing to getting involved with advisory projects in conjunction with more senior members of the team.

Your team managers will work closely with you on your personal development plan. You will have a structured learning programme to ensure that you are developing your technical and personal skills in order that you can take advantage of the available opportunities for career progression. You will also have a number of different avenues of specialisation available to you whether that be a specific industry route or focusing on international tax or M&A for example.

You should be CTA, ACA, ACCA, or have completed HMRC tax qualifications, and have a good CT compliance base which you are looking to build on. If you enjoy working as part of a friendly and down to earth team and are looking for more responsibility and the opportunity to work on a high quality client base with plenty of scope to get involved in interesting advisory work, then this role is worth exploring.
