Are you thinking about exploring your options in the market? Why not take a look at this M&A Tax Assistant Manager job located in either Reading or Bristol.

You will be joining a world-renowned professional services firm that boasts a large client portfolio ranging from mid-market entities to FTSE-listed companies. As an M&A Assistant Manager, you will typically deal with transactions ranging of £10 million and upwards, across industry sectors including financial services, infrastructure, private equity and consumer markets.

In this role, you will provide tax advisory services and become the primary point of contact for your trusted portfolio of clients. You will also manage the compliance work of the provided shared service centres and ensure all risk procedures are adhered to. Your teamwork and managerial skills will develop as you coach the more junior members of the team.

Ideally, you will be ATT/CTA/ACCA/ACA qualified or the overseas equivalent. This will be in tandem with your corporate tax experience; an M&A background is not a strict requirement but will be advantageous. Personally, you should be professional, driven, and able to identify new business opportunities.

By securing this position, you will receive an enviable salary and benefits package. Employee benefits include flexible and agile working, private medical care, training programmes and a lunch allowance.
