Are you an ambitious corporate tax adviser who is familiar with providing tax advice to UK and international corporates?

The Thames Valley office of this mid tier accountancy firm is looking to hire an energetic, ambitious and technically strong ACA and/or CTA qualified corporate tax senior manager who can deliver UK and cross border client work, as well as playing a notable part in business development and work winning initiatives.
You will be working a portfolio of OMBs and listed groups across a range of service sectors; you will be comfortable handling a wide range of issues, including managing compliance for large groups, R&D, Capital Allowances and group restructuring.
Furthermore, you will be able to demonstrate a solid understanding and application of UK GAAP accounting fundamentals and applications; you will be proficient in basic technical techniques (valuations, modelling, spreadsheets) and you will be confident in your ability to provide fast and intuitive analysis, correctly interpreting data, including financial statements and source documents.
