Reward Consultant, London

A Big 4 Professional Services firm are seeking Reward Consultants from the Assistant Manager to Senior Manager level to join the team in their London office. The team has grown strongly in recent years and the firm are looking to continue this growth with heavy investment, making it an exciting time to join the Reward practice.

Responsibilities will include:
• Executive remuneration benchmarking projects
• Reviews of remuneration structures for compliance with various regulatory guidelines
• Advising on wider market practice for executive remuneration
• Design and implementation of new management incentive schemes for listed and private
companies
• Advising on the commercial implications of new and existing arrangements
• Advising on the impact of changes to law and practice on existing arrangements
• Advising on remuneration impact of transactions (mergers & acquisitions, IPOs, debt
fundraisings, etc.)
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, new and old

The ideal candidate is:
• A reward practitioner with previous experience in providing both executive compensation
and broader reward advice
• Has clear understanding of the key concepts and methodologies required to deliver reward
and executive compensation advice
• Has good understanding of the UK market practice for executive compensation and the
broader landscape encompassing relevant regulations for Director remuneration reporting
and corporate governance matters
• Demonstrates excellent organisational skills and ability to work under their own initiative
• Has strong analytical skills which can be applied in the provision of reward advice to clients
and an ability to provide advice and commentary on reward matters to clients in a clear and
understandable manner
• Is either working in professional services with a reputation for delivering high quality
technical advice in this space, or;
• Working in industry, but able to demonstrate the ability to deliver in a professional services
environment when tested
