Senior International Tax Manager - up to £600pd - FTSE 50

This FTSE global group has a current requirement for an international tax advisory expert at Senior Manager level on an interim basis for initially 6 months with potential of an extension.

Key duties include:

* Provide advice and support on a wide range of UK and overseas tax issues.
* Leading and implementing on major restructuring projects across US, Australia and Europe.
* Providing appropriate advice and tax structuring in multiple jurisdictions based on commercial requirements including the necessary due diligence,
* Research, analysis and advice to the business in respect of the liquidation of various dormant companies and setting up of new entities.
* Managing tax exposures arising from new operations and contracts, primarily in emerging markets.

About you:

* ACA Qualified and ideally CTA qualified.
* Big 4 trained
* Broad international tax advisory experience
* Commercial and pro-active with the ability to influence and communicate effectively
