Your new firm
You will be working for a well-established Basingstoke accountancy practice which provides a wide range of accounting, tax and business advisory services to wide range of clients including owner managed businesses and individuals for whom they provide tax and personal financial planning.

Your new role
The firm is growing through a constant flow of recommendations, and the directors are now in the position where they need to appoint an experienced practice accountant to undertake management of a portfolio. There is no audit work to be carried out.
Most of the firm's clients are based in Hampshire and the surrounding counties and the directors bring together many years of experience of providing quality advice and service to local industries and businesses.
The role can be flexed to suit the successful individual so there is a genuine opportunity to write your own job description here!

What you'll need to succeed
The role would suit someone who is either qualified ACCA/ACA or "qualified by experience" either in a general practice capacity or with more of a leaning towards or specialism in taxation work (CTA). Team fit is key as you will be working in a close-knit team in lovely offices slightly off the beaten track.
A background in general practice is essential as the work will involve accounts and tax work, the exact distribution of which can be flexible according to the successful individual.
