The private client tax team has a non dom focus and client work is complex. This is not just a technical role, but the ability to deal with complex international tax issues is a must. The type of clients you get to deal with in this firm is comparable to the type of clients you get in London tax teams. 

The three main focuses of the position:

- Managing existing relationships and developing new work for client base of international mobile HNWI’s.
- Contributing to the growth of the tax business with ideas and vision. 
- Acting as a mentor figure to more junior staff members. Their success after all, will be linked to yours.

Prospects.

This is a fast track to director. The timeline will depend on you ultimately, but a timeline of 12-24 months should be more than achievable. You may even be able to do it in less time, if you have the track record and experience.
