Tax Assistant Manager - Real Estate

This could be a very interesting role for an individual who is currently looking to change the industry that they are working in - into a very challenging and very interesting world of work.

This could however also be an excellent opportunity for an individual who is already working within the real estate sector within tax, but would like a step up in terms of the work that they are doing, and into a great team with clear progression prospects.

Within this team, you will be involved in, but not limited to:

- Providing tax structuring, tax due diligence and restructuring advice on a wide range of transactions
- Assisting with ad hoc advisory questions and funds structure papers
- Developing client relationships with fund management houses, TS and overseas teams

The successful candidate will be ACA/CTA Qualified with very solid knowledge of UK Corporate tax along with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely as part of a team in a transactions environment.

The client in question is also open to considering candidates who are already at the Assistant Manager level and looking to gain a promotion to Manager within their next role.
