A FTSE 250 retailer is looking for a new Part-time Reward, Share Schemes & Employment Tax Manager to join their team 2 - 3 days a week. This company is known for its high-quality, luxury goods and has established itself as one of the most iconic British brands in fashion.

Your new role
As the Part-time Reward, Share Schemes & Employment Tax Manager, you will take control of all tax matters relating to reward, share schemes and employment taxes. You will be responsible for identifying any risks and opportunities that are relevant for the company. Other responsibilities include: ensuring that all processes and controls are in place, ensuring that all employment taxes in UK and Europe are paid and reported on a timely basis; dealing with Tax Authorities in relation to employment tax and share scheme enquiries both in real time working relationships and in response to enquiries and audits; assisting the business with employment tax/social security registrations when new businesses are set up; and working with external advisers when specialist advice on reward issues is required; amongst other duties.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/CTA/equivalent) with a background of working in reward - to include general UK employment tax issues and share schemes matters. You will also have experience of share schemes reporting, including statutory accounts disclosures on reward, and tax authority reporting.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a pro rata equivalent between £75,000 - £95,000 + bonus + benefits.
