Interim International Tax Senior Manager, Hertfordshire

The company

Multi-national engineering organisation is seeking an interim senior tax manager to support for c. 6 months on various international tax projects and take oversight for non-UK compliance procedures. Looking for experienced tax manager or senior manager to start at short notice.

The role

* Bid and contract management, obtain a clear description of the deliveries, quantities and check to the statement of work
* Check, analyse and challenge all the costs and the associated risks
* Check that the Transfer Pricing calculation complies and the Transfer Pricing rules applicable to all relevant countries
* Ensure that the Transfer Pricing documentation is in place
* Manage and business partner on international non domestic UK issues arising from UK business
* Manage overseas tax compliance process
* Support on Tax aspects of M&A activities
* Tax aspects of cash and dividend planning
* Support the UK business for example in relation to bids, sharing of intellectual property etc.

About You:

* ACA and/or CTA Qualified
* Minimum of 4 years post qualified international tax experience; including transfer pricing and dealing with legal documentation involving tax risk
* Experience in managing key stakeholders
