Our Global Multinational client is looking to hire a French speaker International tax advisor to join their team in london
Reporting to the Tax Director, the Tax Manager will be a key member of the team responsible for managing tax costs and risks associated with the the group operations. The successful candidate will be able to provide clear and practical tax advice to various business stakeholders, and will be confident working with teams from multiple disciplines.
The role encompasses most aspects of international tax, with exposure to corporate tax, withholding tax, indirect and employment taxes, transfer pricing and customs duties.
The team is also responsible for liaising with external advisors, tax authorities and local management.
The primary geographic focus of the role is French speaking countries, with support for projects in other jurisdictions as required.
Experience
Strong working knowledge of international corporate tax legislation
Solid previous experience in an international corporate tax role (Essential)
French Language speaker
A clear and effective communicator
Positive, energetic and practical with strong interpersonal skills
Good organisational skills and smart working methods Ability to organise a team to meet tight deadlines High professional standards and attention to detail
