A Top 10 Accountancy Practice is looking for ambitious Internal Auditors from Top 50 Practices to take a step up to Manager level and make a difference in a global and fast-growing team. This role will be most suited to you if you thrive on a challenge, have a 'can-do' attitude and are looking to improve your skills and competencies. The Governance, Risk and Assurance team that you'll be a part of are significantly expanding their team due to new, as well as continuous, business intake.
As a Manager your responsibilities would be to deliver significant technical internal audit programmes, advisory projects and internal controls assignments!
Key responsibilities:
- Manage agreed client portfolio delivering a client audit/controls/advisory programme
- Lead and deliver on internal controls projects and work-streams
- Represent the Firm on client meetings, Audit Committees, networking events, etc.
- Lead a team to success!
- Build client relationships developing additional work opportunities at current clients or new clients
Key requirements of successful candidate:
- Professionally qualified (e.g., ACA, ACCA, IA, or other specialist skills/qualifications)
- Experience within Internal Audit or controls projects (e.g., SOX)
- Experience in advisory/consulting on risk & control within corporate or public sectors
- Driving license (clean) / access to a car is preferable
- Open to travel up to 30%
