UK Tax Manager In House Tax Role - FTSE 250 Berkshire
The UK Tax Manager will be an essential part of the Group Taxation team based in the head office of this global company.
You will work within a specialist team of 3 with a wide remit to include both UK Corporation Tax compliance and reporting responsibilities, CFC reviews, worldwide debt cap, SAO reviews, R&D claims as well as assisting in other group projects such as transfer pricing, reorganisations acquisitions and disposals.
This role requires an inquisitive mind, attention to detail and the ability to use initiative. It would be ideal for a recently-qualified ACA/CTA who has worked in the corporation tax sphere for a good amount of time and who is looking for a role in Industry with a complex Global business.
