6 Month FTC - Corporate Tax Analyst, London

The company

A leading international and world renowned technology and entertainment brand based in London.

The role

The main responsibilities for this role will include:

* Preparation of tax numbers for the group accounts, tax forecasts, and tax cash flow under IFRS and some US GAAP reporting.
* Assisting with the rollout of new tax reporting software.
* Assisting with Country by Country Reporting.
* Liaising with colleagues overseas in relation to tax reporting and management of the supply of information to the external and internal auditors.
* Assisting the Shared Service Centre (based in Scotland) with UK corporate tax compliance, when additional resource is required.
* Supporting senior members of the tax team on ad hoc advisory projects.
* Supporting the UK Tax Senior Manager in dealing with queries from the tax authorities and reviewing corporation tax returns prepared by the Shared Service Centre.

About you

* Strong technical ability demonstrated by being ACA qualified/top tier firm experience;
* IFRS and ideally US GAAP reporting experience;
* An ability to take ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks with minimal supervision;
* Strong people skills with the ability to build networks and relationships both across tax and with other key stakeholders e.g. finance and the wider business;
