Responsibilities:
* Support the drafting of the directors' remuneration report
* Provide and interpret market data
* Develop relationships within the reward community
* Support and deliver ad hoc projects for the Group Reward team, as needed
Requirements:
* Able to communicate effectively
* Excellent organisation and planning skills
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
* Ability to handle working within a pressurised environment
* Demonstrate discretion and integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
* Educated to at least the equivalent of first degree level
* Relevant experience in a corporate reward function (such as job sizing, market benchmarking, design of reward processes and solutions and reward communications)
* Familiarity with UK Corporate Governance
