Senior Software Developer – Tax Technology

Our client is a leading consulting firm with a successful and growing tax technology practice. Tax Technology is a constantly changing and increasingly high profile area and my client is looking to add a talented developer to their growing team.
This is a project based role, working with multiple industry clients on greenfield projects and the consultancy is looking for full stack developers, happy to work on all areas of a project with an in-depth understanding of as many areas of the following as possible:

- Proficient in c# writing clean, readable code
- Strong understanding of object-orientated programming
- Experience of writing and maintaining unit tests
- Proficient in desktop application development using WPF with MVVM
- Some familiarity with web application development using ASP.NET MVC
- Familiarity with SQL Server and data access technologies (e.g. Entity Framework)
- Strong understanding of XML and ideally some experience of XBRL

You’ll be comfortable with clients, working closely with key stakeholders in internally and externally to deliver on client projects. You’ll also work with junior team members, helping them to develop technically.
