ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an excellent opportunity for a young lawyer with some strong experience to date. You will be in an environment that will enable you to hone your tax skills by both working autonomously and under the close mentorship of experienced lawyers within the firm.
As a Tax Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of matters, including:
-M & A transactions;
-equity transactions;
-cross-border structuring and restructuring;
-IPOs; and
-Federal and Sate tax disputes.
ABOUT YOU
To be considered a strong candidate for this role, you will have the following qualifications and experience, and tailor your resume to highlight these accordingly:
-3-5 years' experience gained post admission;
-experience in Top Tier law firm, or Big 4 or mid-tier accounting firm;
-strong academic background;
-solution focused;
-innovative problem solving; and
-ability to deal with complex matters.
