Job Description
The International Tax Senior Manager will be responsible for:
Assisting companies navigate international rules to identify risks and opportunities, as related to both inbound and outbound tax planning
Choosing among branch and subsidiary, tax-efficient acquisitions and joint ventures, financing and utilizing foreign losses
Location and use of holding, service and intellectual property companies; tax arbitrage; treaty planning; hybrid planning; and effective use of low-tax jurisdictions
Transfer pricing reviews, compliance and reporting
Dividends and foreign tax credits and planning for sales and flotation
Advising clients on using new financing ideas for tax-effective repatriation and financing
Moving intellectual property revenue streams to tax-friendly jurisdictions
Required Skills
International tax consulting experience
6+ years of experience, preferably with a background in either Big 4 accounting, a large regional CPA Firm, law firm or consulting company
Advanced Excel skills
Desired Skills
Experience with transactional inbound and outbound consulting
