This leading firm does not encourage long hours or working weekends, it will allow you to plan where you want to work each week aside from attending the London office once a week when the rest of the team are also in attendance. Part-time and flexible hours are also available. The team already operates with this level of flexibility, so it is the norm rather than the exception.

You will be given a significant amount of autonomy in this role and a chance to climb the career ladder, should you so wish. Your role will be varied in content including advising on incentives aspects of corporate transactions, including structuring earn-outs and tax planning; advising on cross-border incentive arrangements, including the roll-out of equity arrangements across multiple jurisdictions; the design of management incentive arrangements, including EMI plans, growth shares, JSOPs and other arrangements; as well as advising on employment taxes including termination payments and internationally mobile employees. The client base is varied, many private companies and start-ups as well as AIM listed companies' and the team has a particular strength in the Technology, Media, Entertainment and Sports sectors.

This role would suit an experienced share schemes tax lawyer either working for another law firm or accountancy firm. There is an opportunity for the right person at either Associate or Senior Associate level. Whilst business development acumen would be welcomed, it is not a prerequisite for this role as there is plenty of work generation already happening.
