Tax Manager, International FTSE 250 Business, Berkshire

Eton Bridge Partners is working in partnership with a growing, international FTSE 250 business to appoint their Tax Manager.

Reporting in to the Tax Director, this is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's leading leisure groups during a period of international growth. This is an interesting and varied tax role with responsibility for tax compliance, reporting and advisory support.

Key responsibilities include:

Tax compliance and reporting including significant interaction with senior stakeholders
Tax planning and management
Involvement in M&A activity including helping with the integration of newly acquired businesses
Providing ad hoc tax advice to all the Group’s business divisions in the UK and overseas

Candidate Profile:

Qualified tax or accountancy professional (ACA, CA, ACCA, CTA)
Strong accounting and tax background, including knowledge of IFRS
Experience of using Alphatax compliance software for year-end reporting and preparing corporation tax returns preferred
