VAT Manager, Bristol (WFH/ office mix)

One of the world's leaders in tax advice is searching for a VAT Manager to join its close-knit team in Bristol.

With about 12 people in the southern Indirect Tax team, you will quickly familiarise yourself with the broader team - even if it's over Zoom! The team works across multiple industries and with businesses ranging from SMEs to large corporations, giving you a diverse portfolio. As a trusted advisor, you will build and foster relationship with clients and become a key point of contact.

As a VAT Manager, you will delegate work and mentor the more junior members of the team to aid their progression. This organisation is well known for prioritising progression and your promotion path will be clearly outlined in order to get you to that Senior Manager title!

Ideally, you should be ACA or CTA qualified with past VAT/indirect tax experience. Having worked in a client-facing role is beneficial but not a strict requirement as many ex-in-house and revenue professionals have carved out a place for themselves in the team.
