As an M&A Tax Assistant Manager, you will focus on delivering high quality transaction tax advice. The team is based in London and supported by a strong EMEIA and global M&A network and are exposed to a wide variety of clients from corporate giants to mid-market entities to small FinTech start-ups. Your responsibilities will extend to leading a team of tax professionals and assist in developing their skills.
To be considered for this position you should be ACA or CTA qualified with significant UK M&A experience. If you do not have these qualifications, fret not! This practice is also open to looking at candidates with the relevant legal background. Furthermore, you should have excellent management skills and have a familiarity with current international developments such as BEPS.
