A well respected Real Estate Tax team, is sourcing for a ACA/CTA or equivalent to join its growing tax Practice.
The team client base spans, real estate funds, global institutional investors, REITs, private investors, public sector, on investment into UK. The advise real estate funds, global institutional investors, REITs, private investors, public sector, on investment into UK and pan European real estate providing tax structuring, tax compliance and tax due diligence advice.
The firm is looking for a Senior Manager and/or Associate Director , who is looking for a progressive step up in their career and join a very close knit group. The role can be literally molded to suit your needs.
The team technically cover ,tax structuring, International tax advice and due diligence services on cross-border transactions, Tax compliance & setting up property funds including UK Real Estate Investment Trusts. If you would like to specialize in any of the above or have a broad split of work, then that is easy to do.
In terms of multi jurisdictional transactions across real estate and infrastructure the current transactions are in the £60m, £250m and £500m ranges and recent deals over £1bn. The growing number of large clients now working with us means there are huge opportunities for rapid promotion at all levels.
If you have UK Corporate Tax experience and had a touch point through advising OMB's or now would like to specialize now in real estate, then this is an ideal market to do this in.
