Tax Director/Partner- Hedge Fund/Family office focused
A leading firm is sourcing for a commercial individual with the experience and gravitas to engage with high net individuals (chief executives, entrepreneurs, private equity and hedge fund principles, family offices and celebrities etc), to advise them holistically on wealth optimisation.
As the Director in the group, you will take a lead with the clients on how their assets might be structured to provide tax efficiency but also discuss with Wealth Advisors to ensure the investment strategy is tax appropriate.
The role has a unique oversight over the owners private client tax affairs but also over the Corporate/LLP level around Fund Structuring/launch (UK, Irish, EU Funds).
The role offer an agile Tax professional technically complex projects in a highly lucrative, growth market, which saw excellent growth even through Covid & Brexit challenges.
This role is ideal for person from either a Private Client background, keen to expand over Corporate Tax affairs and vice versa. Previous experience of a PE/Hedge Portfolio is high advantageous but equally a person use to wealthy OMB's (with large Private Capital investments is of equal interest).
