VAT Adviser - 12 months contract, Hertfordshire

VAT compliance role requires an Assistant VAT Manager or VAT Accountant for this 12 months VAT Adviser job.

Whilst there is a large ERP system change, this in-house tax team requires support for a 12 months period in VAT compliance.

The primary duties will involve:

* Preparation of VAT and Intrastat returns.
* Preparation of EC Sales list returns
* In addition to VAT compliance, this role will also involve CIS monthly returns.

To be considered for this role, you will have VAT compliance experience and preferably CIS experience although this is not essential. Along with the VAT compliance experience, if you have had exposure to VAT advisory work this will be of benefit as the team are looking for strong VAT technical knowledge.

This role will be remote working under the COVID government regulations, however, when these are lifted, the requirement is for this role to be office based. Therefore, this role will suit someone who lives in Hertfordshire or who can easily travel to Hertfordshire.
