Our client works with organisations to create and implement equity based reward programs that seek to improve business performance by aligning employee motivation with business objectives and shareholder interests on a domestic and international scale.
You will have responsibility for managing your own portfolio of clients, as well as working with the senior management team on growth initiatives. You will be encouraged to spot opportunities within your client base to offer new work and additional services; there will also be lots of opportunity to work on ad hoc projects.
As a member of the management team you will be a role model to more junior members of staff, coaching them and providing them with learning opportunities as appropriate.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in the design, implementation and taxation of global and domestic share plans and possess the ability to influence clients and stakeholders at all levels. Great communication skills are therefore key. It is anticipated that you will either be CTA qualified or a qualified solicitor.
