Corporate Tax Manager or Corporate Tax Assistant Manager

This is a varied role for a Corporate Tax Manager who enjoys managing a varied and dynamic compliance portfolio and taking responsibility for the associated management responsibilities and advisory work. If you would prefer to focus on corporate tax compliance only then this is also an option too!
You will join a well-established and friendly corporate tax team and enjoy working with a range of OMBs.
In addition to the annual corporate tax compliance work, tax planning and advisory projects will arise across this diverse portfolio of clients. These will include areas such as group tax planning, property transactions, capital allowances, R&D tax credits, s455 tax and cross border transactions. The successful applicant will also work closely with the Director on stand-alone tax advisory projects, including structuring acquisitions and disposals, share based incentives, transaction support and due diligence. Tax accounting will also be an essential part of the role.
This role comes with portfolio management responsibility.
