This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client Tax Manager / Personal Tax Manager to join a prestigious, award-winning firm of accountants where you will join an already exceptional team, playing an active role in the continued success and development of the private client tax offering.

With control over a significant and varied client portfolio, you will be responsible for ensuring that all compliance and client deadlines are adhered to whilst also working alongside Partners on the provision of tax planning and advisory services to your clients.

Working alongside the partners you will play an important role in assisting with tax planning projects such as non-domicile issues, onshore and offshore trusts (and other structures) and, capital gains and inheritance tax issues.

Building and maintaining client relationships will be a key facet of the position so a personable and professional manner is a pre-requisite as is prior client management experience. Staff management experience is also required as you will be responsible for delegation of work and reviewing tax returns completed by other members of team.

The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced Tax Manager and will ideally hold the CTA or ACA qualification. Experience of working within a private client tax focused role is essential.

Skills:

CTA / ACA Qualified
Previous experience operating at Manager level in a similar role
Previous experience including IHT, CGT and preferably trust experience
