Senior Tax Compliance and Reporting Manager - Greenfield role, to £95k + bonus

An exciting new and evolving role has been created following the appointment of a Head of Tax for the first time in this PE backed group. The Group has ambitious growth plans and as such is investing heavily into building out their tax team as part of an overhaul of their finance function.

The role will take ownership over compliance and reporting globally and put in place new processes and systems that will serve them well for their projected growth. Responsibilities will include:

* Owning and delivering group and statutory tax reporting for the group
* Working with the outsourced providers to ensure compliance obligations are met timely and accurately
* Design and implement a tax risk control framework and internal tax policy and procedures.
* Coordinating processes to support compliance with the Senior Accounting Officer and Corporate Criminal Offence requirements

Given the operational nature of the role, the successful candidate is likely to have had previous inhouse experience within a compliance and reporting function in a multinational environment. You will need to drive change and be able to engage and manage various stakeholders.
